Natural Wood Coffee Tables – rustic table collection from Chista

posted by Home & Office Furniture Desgin

Incredibly, these natural wood coffee tables from Chista manage to be both rustic and ultra modern. Their massive wood construction accentuates the primitive beauty inherent within the wood itself. Yet the sophisticated construction makes the coffee tables suitable for even the sleekest contemporary interior. Landscape, shown above, is a table with a rugged surface remarkable for the natural knots and fascinating imperfections. The solid teak table rests on top of a classy chrome frame. On the other hand, Bell coffee table is made entirely from Jackfruit wood, and shows off with an elegantly polished finish. With a range of stunning coffee tables in natural wood, Chista are interior experts situated in New York.

How a Glass Coffee Table Can be Used to Accentuate Any Room

posted by Home & Office Furniture Desgin

Depending on the style and theme of your living room, it’s possible to mix and match pieces of living room furniture, including tables. Your end tables do not need to be from the same collection as your coffee table and sofa tables. The only thing that matters is that your tables are thematically consistent. You want your furniture to work well together. If you have a thematically rustic furnished room, for example, you want all of your furniture to follow suit. Beyond theme, however, your individual pieces can come from a variety of collections.

Some coffee tables come in a complete set with matching end tables and sofa tables. This might be an option for some people who prefer consistency, or who have little time to devote to redecorating. You might also consider whether you need each time of table in your space.

Although coffee tables are standard in every living room, not every room has space or need for a sofa table. You need to think of the room, and your needs in terms of space, decoration, and function; whatever your decorating desires, you will find occasional tables that work for you.SL Series Square Coffee Table with Glass Top

Owning A Modern Glass Coffee Table

posted by Home & Office Furniture Desgin

What is a Modern Glass coffee table? It depends on whom you ask. While the name implies that a coffee table is made for the express purpose of serving coffee on it, or gathering around it to enjoy a good, stiff cup of coffee, most people use a coffee table for anything but. Ask ten different people and you’ll get ten different ways in which each of them uses their coffee table. Some people use the coffee table in their living room to put their feet on while they watch television. Others use the coffee table as a decorator accent in a room, often bedecked with flowerpots, floral displays or magazines. Others use the coffee table as an eating table while they watch television. Still others use the coffee table to place study supplies or as a general catchall in the living room. How often to you see an empty coffee table? Not very often. They’re usually either cluttered or spotless, depending on how many children or teenagers live in the household. A coffee table can be made of anything, really. Glass, wood, plastic, even a piece of plywood balanced on cinderblocks can serve as a coffee table. Children use a coffee table as a toy, sometimes creating a pirate ship or tank with it, while teens convert it to a platform for their game stations. Men use a coffee table to put their feet up when they get home, and women do the same.
