Importers and exporters will be able to take advantage of a series of short and succinct masterclasses, following research by Andreas Holter, on being a ¡®better shipper¡¯. Andreas Holter, formerly of the Logistics Research Centre at Heriot-Watt University and now a supply chain manager by profession, will be presenting the findings of his research at the Supply Chain Insight Forum at Multimodal.
 
Holter's research has found that: ¡°There are ample opportunities in all supply chains, to provide significant contributions to the bottom line by improving the management of outsourced transport and logistics services.¡±
 
Experts, third party service providers, importers/exporters and supply chain managers will be among those contributing their expertise, knowledge and insights in the masterclasses, which makes-up part of the Supply Chain Insight Forum.
